A visit to the Opus One Estate invites contemplation of time and place.

That sense of place is central to the Opus One Estate Tasting. Patrons arrive through the transformed courtyard, where native plantings create an immediate connection between the winery and the land. Inside the reimagined Courtyard Tasting Room – designed by Joan Behnke & Associates, a trusted collaborator of Opus One for over a decade – refreshed interiors open seamlessly onto the natural space beyond, drawing the outside world inward in much the same spirit as the Partners’ Room.

The space is intentionally communal, offering guests a peek into Opus One, the distinctions within the portfolio, and the rhythms of the vineyard.  Earthy tones and considered materiality give the room its warmth – a place that feels hospitable and grounded from the moment you arrive.
